We believe that we are the TRUE custom home builder. Our definition of a custom home is a home that you want to live in, not one that we think you should live in. We have a few different home designers (Alan Mascord Designs, Sun-Tel Home Design, and Osterman Home Designs) that we use versus few different house plans. You can even bring in one of your own plans. If you don’t know where to start or have a general idea, give us a call and let us know what the square footage and lot size that you are looking for, and if you prefer a single or multi-level home. We will then proceed to go through our collection of books and CD’s of house plans and print out different styles and layouts of homes for you to look through.
